There are thirty-one residence halls at Auburn University.

Auburn prefers the term "residence hall" rather than "dormitory" because they feel that the former term means more than just a place to sleep.[1] The three main residence hall developments are the Quad, the Hill, and the Village. Two stand-alone residence halls also exist, Cambridge and the South Donahue Residence Hall. There is also a vacant set of residence halls at the Caroline Draughon Village.
