Bicycles are a popular method of transportation on and around the Auburn campus.
Bicycle permits[edit | edit source]
Users of bicycles must obtain a bicycle permit. Bicycle permits are free, and can be applied for from AU Access. The permit itself comes in the form of a sticker which must be picked up from Parking Services and adhered to a clearly visible part of the bicycle.
Unregistered bicycles are subject to being impounded. The cost to retrieve an impounded bicycle is ten dollars.[1]
