Mell Hall was a building located on the corner of Mell Street and Roosevelt Drive. It was built in 1925 and originally used as a residence hall. It was bounded on the sides by Spidle Hall and the Library Parking Deck. The building was used by continuing education until it was torn down in 2011. The lot it stood on is currently vacant and was converted back into park land. It is the proposed location for a future building for the College of Human Sciences.
