Helen Keller Hall features an extended lobby and a small kitchen on the second floor.

The Keller Cat[edit | edit source]

There was a cat that resided outside the front entrance to Keller Hall, with food and some bedding provided by residents of the hall. The cat did not have a name and is simply referred to as "the Keller Cat". She served as a sort of celebrity mascot for the residence hall for 16-17 years.[1] In late 2014, the Keller Cat disappeared, evoking fears she may have passed.[1]

Coincidentally, this cat which made residence outside a hall named after a blind woman was itself blind in one eye.
